About Simplicity Claims 

Based in Crawley, Simplicity Claims were established in November 2007 and solely deal with ppi claims for loans, mortgages and credit cards. They also run the website, www.ukppiclaims.org.

The method of making a claim through Simplicity Claims is to contact their offices by telephone or through submitting a contact us form on their website.

Once in contact with Simplicity Claims, a representative will take details from you and then send out a claim form and questionnaire in the post. You then need to complete these documents; signing and returning for the company to review. Simplicity Claims do not charge any upfront fees or take credit card details to secure your commitment.

Simplicity Claims are based in West Sussex. However, they are more than happy to deal with any ppi claims from around the UK.

When contacting Simplicity Claims, you are not expected to pay for any initial consultation and Simplicity Claims will work on a no win no fee basis when taking your claim on.
