Accident Hero is a trading name for Northern Ireland based McKeowns Solicitors. McKeowns use Accident Hero as a marketing campaign for encouraging people who have had an accident to make contact with them.

The method of claiming through Accident Hero is to make contact with one of their offices through a free phone number or online claim form. They will then access your injury claim.

Once accessed, you will then be put in contact with an appropriate solicitor that specialises in the specific injury claim you have. All claims are dealt with solely by McKeowns solicitors and apparently, are not passed to other personal injury law firms.

Accident Hero does not expect you to pay for the consultation part of their service and this is because McKeowns solicitors work on a no win no fee basis. Be aware though that there might be odd exceptions to this.
