Founded originally in 2000, Accident Advice Helpline claims to adhere to their four key principals of integrity, dependability, reliability and accountability. Accident Advice Helpline is a trading name of Quindell Legal Services and their Managing Director is the chairman of the Claims Standard Council.

The method of claiming through Accident Advice Helpline is to make contact with their call centre in Stanmore and they will then access your injury claim.

Once accessed, you will then be put in contact with an appropriate solicitor that specialises in the specific injury claim you have.

Accident Advice Helpline work with a panel network of solicitors and claim to always find the right one for you, based on the injury you’ve received.

Accident Advice Helpline no longer take an upfront fee when accepting your claim. They and their solicitor network work on a no win no fee basis and look to ensure that you receive no less than 75% of the compensation when successful.

They didn't give me any money and they don't respond to anything
found them really helpful and everyone i spoke to was nice and friendly. still early in my claim as paperwork has only been signed but all great so far. feel my case is in safe hands and will update as things move on if i can.
Absolutely terrible all they want to do is get their money at your expense veiled threatening letters to sign medical documents and have not heard anything from supposed legal expert (she is always at lunch) a two month lunch break seems excessive phonecalls are never returned
