About CCS Review
Established in 2006 and based in Swansea. It is one of the UK's leading mis-sold mortgages claims companies.
The method of claiming through CCS Review is to either phone one of their dedicated contact centre team or asked to be called back via the website. Your first conversation with CCS Review will be a free assessment of your mortgage circumstances. As a result of your assessment, a decision will be made as to whether a full mortgage audit is required. This will only be requested if the person assessing your mortgage situation things a claim could be made. At this point, a claims pack will be sent out for you to complete, sign and send back. This is when the £495 (plus VAT) becomes payable however, where a mortgage audit cannot be produced, the audit fails to identify significant breaches or the solicitor refuses to accept your case, a refund is issued.
If, as a result of the mortgage audit a potential claim is identified, you will be given the opportunity to pursue the claim through one of CCS Review's panel solicitors on a no win- no fee basis.
