Keep well clear they pass accounts onto Debt Companies without notifying customers
Horrible company stay clear like vultures think never getting fees keep hounding people
We went with abc claims and they messed up the claim even though we had ppi. Not very good service the staff were rude.
Horrible company who target vulnerable people. Avoid.
I would not recommend this company at all, i started my claim in July 2012,it took them 13 MONTHS to tell me i didnt have PPI, my first lot of paperwork was lost i found the service poor i was constantly having to ring to see how claim was progressing, in August 2013 i telephoned again to be told over the phone i didnt have PPI....i did actually think i would receive a follow up letter in the post to confirm this...a common courtesy one would expect and the case is now closed, to date 2014 i am still waiting. I have actually started my own PPi, in which i have 2 claims, and i dont have to pay the 25% which this company charges, so more money for me...Very POOR SERVICE.
