Personal injury firm Claims Direct has launched a new television campaign with an advert that features Loretta, and the Claims Direct Band. It tells the story of a typical claim and puts an emphasis on the fact that for many, making a claim is about more than just the money. Claiming is also about trying to put you back into a position that you were in (or as close as possible) before the accident took place.
The advert was filmed in locations such as Ealing Hospital and places around London. Directed by U.S. director, Matt Smukler and with cast that included Alexander Scott, Esther Ruth Elliot and Aaran Glass, you may also be interested in the song’s lyrics:
This is the story of a girl called Loretta.
How she got hurt bad but then she got better.
One day at work could not have been sadder.
She literally fell down the corporate ladder.
Her boss, much to Loretta’s dismay.
Gave a shrug and docked her take home pay.
So she called Claims Direct for a little advice.
Highly professional and very, very nice.
Got her salary back, and a guy to work the muscle.
Got her back to work, to the hustle and the bustle.
Loretta has seen the remarkable effect.
Of one little call to Claims Direct.”
The theme of the advert is about a lady called Loretta who is injured at work. Her boss doesn’t seem to care and like many people in Loretta’s situation, she cannot afford to take time off work, so she seeks help. Loretta’s charming band that accompanies her may not be a contender for the UK’s next No.1 hit, but the advert is different and stands out amongst other personal injury television campaigns.
